UNISON Members Accept Pay Offer From Sandwell College

UNISON members at Sandwell’s Colleges voted by 59% to accept a 5% pay offer for 2022. UNISON has informed College management of the outcome well before the August pay timelines, therefore the award should be applicable from 1 August.

UNISON members accept 9% award at Serco

UNISON members voted to accept the slightly improved pay offer from Serco of 9%. The deal also includes 5 additional annual leave days for staff on the statutory minimum. This means that the planned industrial action for August, during the Commonwealth Games, will be cancelled alongside our sister trade unions.
