The Joint Trade Unions at Serco in Sandwell have met to agree the pay claim for 2023.
The 2023 pay claim submitted is:-
- 15% increase on all grades
- Annual Leave Increase – Harmonise employees in line with NJC so all staff receive the same leave
- Increase in Sick Pay – Harmonise all employees in line with NJC so all staff are on the same terms
- Permanent Jobs for Agency Staff
- HRC – Bonus Pay and Shift Pay
- Christmas – Harmonisation across all employees regarding Pay and Working so all staff get treated the same
As soon as their is a sensible offer from Serco members will be consulted on whether to accept or reject.
