NJC Pay Award for 2022/23 Agreed

On 1st November the pay offer for 2022 was finally agreed, with NJC employers urged to pay as soon as possible, including the back pay element from 1 April.

The headlines of the offer were £1,925 on all pay points (based on full-time working) and an additional day’s leave from 1 April 2023. The application of the additional day’s leave will need local discussions, which your Branch will undertake asap.
