The employers have finally made an offer for local government and school support staff, due from 1 April 2024.
The offer is for £1,290 on all pay points up to pay point 43 and thereafter 2.5%.

April’s RPI inflation figure is 3.3% and the offer is significantly below the claim made.
UNISON’s national negotiating body agreed to hold a consultative vote via email from 5th to 28th June, with a recommendation to reject.
