NJC Pay Ballot Results – with update

The results on the disaggregated strike ballot to fight for a better pay deal for 2023/24 are as follows:- Sandwell MBC – 69% of UNISON members voted for strike action on a 37% turnout. UNISON members at Serco Accept 8.5%

The latest offer from Serco in the dispute over this years pay award has been accepted by UNISON members. UNISON members voted to accept an 8.5% pay award, backdated to April.
